Conscious Change accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Coverage and cost are dependent on your insurance provider and benefit plan.

We recommend asking your insurance provider the following questions to help determine your benefits for psychiatric services:

-Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

-Do I have a co-payment or deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

-Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

-Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Self-Pay

Should you choose to pay directly, Conscious Change will supply you with a receipt of services for submission to your insurance agency. To ensure you receive the appropriate reimbursement, it's important to check with your insurance provider before any services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with a clinical emergency

If you cannot make your appointment, please notify our clinic as soon as possible by calling 662-638-3388.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

Late cancellations or no-shows for medication management will be charged $50.00 for the first missed appointment and $70.00 for the second offense

Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show the third time, the amount charged to your credit card on file will be the full price of your appointment.

A missed new patient appointment is the cost of the appointment.
